Opis usługi
This course will enable successful participants to provide a service to patients which will rid them of unsightly thread veins and spider veins, improving the appearance of the skin. Our course includes: - A full colour illustrated manual, home study Q&A paper, Support via our WhatsApp group which is maned 24/7 by our training team and, most importantly hands-on experience with live models under the guidance & supervision of our Level Master trainer. During training you will learn: Who is a suitable candidate and who is not. How to advise on pre-treatment preparation. What equipment is required. How to treat the affected area. How to advise on post treatment aftercare. What complications may arise and how to deal with them. Microsclerotherapy – Spider Vein & Thread Vein Removal involves giving a series of tiny injections on the surface of the thread veins using a fine needle, which make it a relatively painless procedure. The sclerosing drug, which is by prescription, irritates the lining of the veins causing the walls to stick together where blood is then directed back into the deeper veins leaving the treated veins depleted of oxygen. This is a safe procedure with studies demonstrating that serious side effects are rare. Patients should be made aware that treatment may initially make the thread veins appear to look worse before they fade or disappear and may take up to 4 weeks for the full effect of the treatment to work. Some people require more than one treatment before the veins fade or disappear completely, depending on the individual and how many thread veins are present however once thread veins are faded or gone, these should not return.
