Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following information is provided to ensure that students of the academy understand our policy in relation to the conduct of students.

These Terms and Conditions govern the cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy for all aesthetics training courses offered by Cavendish Aesthetics Academy (“CAA”, “the Company”). By enrolling on a course, paying the non-refundable booking fee, or accessing any course materials or support groups, the student agrees to be bound by the following terms. 1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a place on any course. 1.2. This fee covers administration, onboarding, tutor support, postage of training manuals, and access to the student support community. 1.3. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid no later than one week before the scheduled Part 2 practical training date. 1.4. Access to manuals, digital materials, or support groups constitutes the start of the service. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy 2.1. Once enrolled and/or once the booking fee has been paid, the student is fully committed to the course and remains liable for the full course fee. 2.2. No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, change of personal circumstances, illness, pregnancy, relocation, exclusion from training due to any breach of the student conduct policy or inability to attend. 2.3. For the purposes of these Terms, a student is considered enrolled when they have either: Paid the booking fee, Submitted an enrolment form, Accessed any training materials or Joined the student support community. Any of these actions constitute acceptance of the service. 3. Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period 3.1. Training courses are classed as services and digital content that begin immediately under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 3.2. By enrolling, the student expressly requests immediate access to course materials and support. 3.3. By accessing any part of the training, the student waives the 14-day cooling-off period and therefore is not entitled to a refund. 4. Rescheduling Policy 4.1. In exceptional circumstances, a student may request to reschedule their Part 2 practical training. 4.2. All rescheduling requests must be made in writing to support@caa.training . 4.3. Requests must be received at least three weeks before the original practical training date. 4.4. If approved, the student may reschedule to another available date within four months of the original date. 4.5. Only one rescheduling request will be permitted per booking. 4.6. The remaining course balance must still be paid by the original due date, regardless of any rescheduled date. 5. Failure to Attend 5.1. If the student fails to attend the original practical date and does not request a reschedule within the required timeframe, All payments made will be forfeited, and The student remains liable for the full course fee. 5.2. Failure to bring a required model, failure to complete case studies, or failure to meet assessment requirements does not entitle the student to a refund or another training date. 6. Cancellation by the Company 6.1. The Company reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel training where necessary. 6.2. If the Company cancels a course entirely, the student may request a refund of the booking fee. 6.3. The Company is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the student, including but not limited to; travel, accommodation, childcare, or loss of income. 6.4. Training venues, dates, tutors or delivery method (including online alternatives) may be changed if required at the sole discretion of the company. 7. Course Materials & Intellectual Property 7.1. All training manuals, digital content, videos, and supporting materials remain the property of the Company. 7.2. These materials are supplied for personal training use only and may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written consent of the company. 7.3. Access to digital resources or support groups may be withdrawn if the student breaches these Terms or any of those contained within the student conduct policy. 8. Conduct & Professional Standards. (See also the Student Conduct Policy) 8.1. Students must behave professionally at all times. 8.2. The Company reserves the right to remove any student displaying unsafe practice, disruptive behaviour, or breach of confidentiality. 8.3. Removal for misconduct does not entitle the student to a refund. 9. Liability 9.1. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during training. 9.2. Students participate at their own risk. 9.3. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of earnings or business interruption. 9.4. The student agrees to indemnify the Company and any of the companies employees against all claims arising from their participation in training or treatments they perform following completion. 10. Amendments to Terms 10.1. The Company may update or amend these Terms at any time. 10.2. Students will be notified of changes, which take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. 10.3. Amendments will not materially disadvantage students in respect of services already provided. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling on an aesthetics training course, paying the non-refundable booking fee, or accessing any training materials or support groups, the student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms do not affect statutory rights under UK law.
