Service Description

As an injector of dermal filler there will come a time when you need to know how to dissolve the product that either you or another practitioner has injected. Hopefully it will be elective but there are instances when emergency dissolving is required so you need to know how to do it calmly and effectively. On this course you will learn how much to keep in stock, how to dilute correctly, duration of efficacy and more.

Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions govern the cancellation and rescheduling policy for the aesthetics training courses offered by Cavendish Aesthetics Academy known by the name CAA, hereinafter referred to as "the Company." By enrolling in any of the course provided by the company and/or paying the non-refundable booking fee, the student agrees to these terms and conditions. 1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. The student is required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure a place in the aesthetics training course. 1.2. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid in full one week prior to the scheduled part 2 practical stage of training. 2. Cancellation Policy: 2.1. Once the student is enrolled and/or the booking fee is paid, they are committed to participating in the course and to making payment for their course or courses in full and are not eligible for a refund. 2.2. In exceptional circumstances, if the student is unable to attend the course on the scheduled date, they may be eligible to reschedule their practical stage of training. The definition of enrolled for the purpose of these terms and conditions means that the student has either paid the booking fee or completed the enrolment questionnaire or a combination of both with the intent to participate in the aesthetics training of their choice. 2.3. Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing to the Company's administration at, support@caa.training, providing valid reasons for the inability to attend the original course date. 2.4. Rescheduling requests for the practical stage of training will only be considered if received by the Company at least three weeks before the original scheduled practical training date. 2.5. The student can reschedule their practical stage of training to a date within four months of the original course date, subject to availability and at the Company's discretion. 3. Rescheduling and Payment: 3.1. If the student is granted permission to reschedule the practical stage of training, they must select an available date within the four-month period specified in section 2.5. 3.2. The balance of the course fee will remain due and must be paid in full no less than one week prior to the practical training date, as originally booked and not the rescheduled date. 4. Failure to Attend or Reschedule: 4.1. If the student fails to attend the original practical training date and does not request a rescheduling within the terms outlined in section 2.4, the booking fee and any partial payments made will be forfeited. The student will also remain liable for the full outstanding balance of the entire course fee. 4.2. No further claims for rescheduling will be entertained after the four-month period from the original course date has elapsed. 5. Right to Cancel by the Company: 5.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the aesthetics training course for any reason. In such cases, and if requested by the student, the Company will provide the student with a full refund of the booking fee. 5.2. The Company will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the student, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses. 6. Course Materials: 6.1. The Company will provide the student with the necessary theory training manuals and materials upon enrolment which will form the basis of the theoretical part of section 1 of the students training. 6.2. These materials are the property of the Company and are intended solely for the student's personal use. Distribution, reproduction, or public display of these materials is strictly prohibited without the Company's prior written consent. 7. Liability: 7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by the student during the course, whether in theory or practical stages. 7.2. The student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, instructors, and representatives from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of their participation in the aesthetics training course. 8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: 8.1. The Company reserves the right to update, amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without consultation at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the student and shall take effect immediately upon the issuing of notification. By enrolling in the aesthetics training course and paying the non-refundable booking fee, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect the student's statutory rights under UK consumer law.
