Service Description

Prerequisite of this course - A & P, Level 3 in Beauty, SPMU or be medically qualified. This course is restricted to treatments to the face although we briefly cover other areas of the body which also benefit from Microneedling. Microneedling is a non-surgical treatment used to very superficially inject professional skincare serums into the skin at an varying levels of the skin. These serums are sterile solutions containing ingredients such as peptides, hyaluronic acid and botanicals. The micro- injections create tiny breaks in the skin, allowing the specialist serums to penetrate the skin and work directly at a cellular level which also promote the production of collagen. The training course will provide you with the skills and the knowledge to administer this popular & advanced skin care treatment safely and professionally. Our training is designed to provide the knowledge required to become qualified in this procedure at the foundation level in one day. The morning session will cover several modules in theory such as; Treatment specific Health & Safety, precise patient consultation and assessment, product choices, treatment techniques, skin conditions, pre & post treatment care. In the afternoon you will participate in administering treatments to models under supervision followed by an assessment of your performance before you leave with a recognized CPD qualification, allowing you to get your insurance immediately and begin offering this service to your clients. We offer ongoing support to our students after the training is completed, along with other benefits for affiliates of the Cavendish Aesthetics Academy.
